Ms. Amin is a partner at Groom Law Group in Washington, D.C. and is the Deputy Chair of the Health Practice Group. She counsels employers, insurers, administrators, and governmental entities on health and welfare benefit planning and design, and fringe benefits. Prior to joining Groom Law Group, she was an attorney at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in the Health and Welfare Branch. She is on the ECFC Technical Advisory Group. Ms. Amin received her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2008 and an LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2009.
