Ms. Dietel is a seasoned benefits consultant with decades of experience who has held leadership positions on several industry boards, including the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC), the HSA Council of the American Bankers Association (ABA), the American Benefits Council, and the Special Interest Group for IIAS Standards (SIGIS). Jody has a B.A. in psychology from Bethel University (MN) and holds industry certifications recognizing her expertise in consumer-directed benefits and COBRA, including the ACFCI and CAS through the ECFC's Flexible Compensation Institute and ABA's HSAe.
