Mr. Barlament is a partner with Quarles & Brady LLP in Milwaukee, where he advises employers, administrators, brokers, and benefit consultants on all aspects of employee benefits law. He has spoken nationally on a variety of employee benefit topics and is a frequent author on these topics. Mr. Barlament received his law degree from Duke University School of Law in 1997.
