Mr. Terrill is a Senior Specialist Editor at Thomson Reuters/Tax and Accounting. Previously, he was the employee benefits and compensation planning practice lead for Bloomberg Tax, and practiced employee benefits law for over 15 years in large Baltimore, DC, and New York firms. He received his law degree from the George Washington National Law Center cum laude in 1997. He is an identical twin, and is proficient in five languages.
