Mr. Hickman is a partner in the Employee Benefits Practice Group with Alston & Bird in Atlanta and is head of its Health Benefits Group. He is a member of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (Woodward/White 2016), and serves as chair of the ECFC Technical Advisory Group. Mr. Hickman received his law degree from Emory University School of Law in 1989.
