Carol A. Harrington is a partner in the law firm of McDermott, Will & Emery in Chicago. She chaired the American Bar Association Committee on Generation Skipping Transfers: Legislation and Regulations from 1987-1992 for the Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and is a former member of the Section Council.
