He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1967 and has specialized in international fiscal law since the early seventies. As a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, he is an acknowledged authority in the field of international taxation, and has lectured extensively worldwide for various professional bodies including his own Institute, the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA), ESC International Ltd, Economist Conferences and many others.
