The late Irving M. Grant was a partner with Hufstedler, Miller, Carlson & Beardsley, Los Angeles. He was certified as a specialist in Taxation Law by the California Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Grant also taught courses on Subchapter S at the University of Southern California Law Center in the Masters Tax Program.
