Mr. Thulin is the Managing Member of Thulin Benefits Law PLLC in Bellevue, Washington, a law firm concentrating on employee benefits law. Mr. Thulin is a member of the COBRA and Welfare Plans Subcommittee of the American Bar Association's Section of Taxation and is a frequent speaker at EBIA and other continuing education seminars. Mr. Thulin received his law degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1977, where he was an editor of the Industrial Relations Law Journal.
