Barbra Golub, CPP is the principal editor of Taxation of Benefits. She is also an editor of RIA's Payroll Guide, with experience writing about payroll issues that primarily focus on federal taxation of benefits and state unemployment insurance.

Ms. Golub is active in the Washington Metro Area Chapter of the American Payroll Association, currently serving as president elect. Prior to joining RIA in 1994, she practiced negligence and personal injury law in New York.
