Judith K. Tobey, a member of the Texas bar, is of counsel to the law firm Davis Stephenson PLLC, Dallas, Texas. She has been a frequent speaker on estate planning and related subjects at local, state, and national estate planning conferences. Her private practice focuses on advising high net worth individuals regarding estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, charitable planning, and the judicial modification and construction of trusts. She also has experience with marital property issues, estate administration, and the settlement and litigation of disputes concerning wills and trusts.
