Robert M. Bellatti is a partner in the Springfield, Illinois firm of Bellatti & Barton. He has served as chairman of the Agriculture Committee of the ABA Section of Taxation and the Illinois State Bar Association's Federal Tax Section.

Mr. Bellatti has authored numerous publications for the ABA and the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education in the area of estate planning.
