Robert T. Danforth is the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and a Professor of Law at Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he teaches and writes in the tax and trusts and estates areas. He is a member of the Virginia Bar Association Wills, Trusts, and Estates Section and serves on its Legislative Committee. He is also a member of the Virginia Law Foundation Committee on Continuing Legal Education and a member of the Judicial Council of Virginia, Standing Committee on Commissioners of Accounts.
