Frances R. Hill is a Professor of Law at the University of Miami School of Law. She earned her J.D. at the Yale Law School and a Ph.D. in government at Harvard University. She is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association, is active in the American Bar Association Section of Taxation and the American Law Institute, and serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of Taxation of Exempts.
