William M. Pace, a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office of WTAS, has advised many wealthy families on incorporating their philanthropic goals into their income tax and wealth transfer plans. In addition to helping families to use a variety of charitable-giving vehicles creatively, Mr. Pace has consulted extensively on implementing and administering these plans, including the annual tax-reporting and accounting requirements. He also advises family foundations and similar charitable organizations. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, and Loyola Law School.
