Income Tax Developments Wizard

Income Tax Developments Wizard (ITDW) allows you to automate your FIN 48 and SOX 404 compliance chores. Create a customized list of Federal, State and International tax developments for a calendar quarter or other specified date range. Monitor your uncertain tax positions and to be notified of court cases, law changes, regulation changes, and rulings that may affect these positions. In addition, you can export results to Microsoft Word or Rich Text Format in order to take advantage of interactive checkboxes in the document. Income Tax Developments Wizard allows you to:

• Search for multiple jurisdictions and topics
• Sort by jurisdiction
• Save the search and schedule it to run automatically each quarter
• Receive e-mail notifications for scheduled searches (even when there is no results for the search)
